My mother has so far waited 3 weeks for her glasses. No contact to say whether they are ready or not. Phones are NEVER answered so no way of knowing. She has mobility issues so doesn’t want to go all the way there if the glasses aren’t ready but no way of contacting this branch! Go to Ashford, they pick up the phone!

I took a friend for whom English is not her first language into Vision Express, the arm of her glasses had broken and couldn’t be repaired.
