Tenterden high Street was a hive of activity on the day of the folk festival. There was something for everyone. Cake shops, restaurants, the White Lion P.H. which had a fine selection of beer and food, with seating outside and inside. All of the staff at the various shops and restaurants were very helpful. I came here to watch Tenterden Folk Festival. We saw different groups of dancers in fantastic costumes.

Love Tenterden, however, after visiting after a few years have notice a big change - All the lovely Antique shops have gone barring two - and one of those was closed. Still a lovely place but not how it used to be.
