Nice small branch to socialise with friends/family but the coffee is horrendous, anyone from Europe would be shocked at the quality, it's not just this branch in particular but the whole chain, I have no idea why management allow such mediocrity to persist nationwide.
Coeliac friendly! I ordered a salted caramel frappe for my son and told the staff he was coeliac and they were fantastic! They ran all the ingredients past me, washed their hands before starting, got fresh unused utensils and blender from the dishwasher and made it taking great care to keep it away from everything else.... read full comment

Got here just as it opened and there was already a queue. The ladies working behind the counter worked extremely hard to get through the waiting crowd quickly and efficiently. They were bright and welcoming at the same time and the coffee was great.
