Very unhelpful. My car was damaged on the forecourt by another driver whilst I was paying for petrol. Was asked to return next day to ask manager to access cctv for car reg. No manager there on return and told quite abruptly that staff could not anyway access cctv and I needed to apply in writing but no address/phone... read full comment
