Really lovely customer service from a gent - ordered via Just Eat for delivery. Within a couple of minutes from receiving my order I got a phone call saying one of the cakes wasn't in stock, he was very apologetic and offered me any other cake I wanted. Offering me a couple of other complementary items too for the inconvenience....

Food is alright, service is terrible. Staff who think they are better than you. They should realise they work in a shop, not a qualified surgeon, electrician or anyone with a skilled
