Very poor service, asked a member of staff for a price on a item upstairs as not priced and told I would need to take it to the till for a price. How lazy is that, why should you have to que at tills to get a price for a item that should have tickets for prices. Lazy staff

Only 1 Staff on tills.Dunelm are terrible for staff walking around, but no one looking after the customers wanting to hand them money. It makes no sense!
