I asked to be served at the till to use money on my card . You can’t do this at a self service unit. She forgot the take the money off ; too late !I understand they are robbed on a daily basis and choose to do nothing about it ! but no need for poor customer service for those that actually pay !!

The Till Cashier could be more friendlier, won’t be returning to the shop if that’s what the staff are like. Hard to find good staff
