Have taken items there before no problem. Phoned up this time wasn't to sure if they would take item very rude ?

I arranged collection of items from my home and spoke on the telephone to two ladies to arrange and confirm this.On both occasions they were extremely pleasant and polite. The items were collected as arranged, by a very pleasant gentleman. My experience all round was one of satisfaction.Many thanks for your help.
