Horrible experience, forced to take Orlestone to Money Claims to recover a deposit for an order we made for a window. We cancelled the order after 3 days, well within our rights, as they could not tell us when they would deliver. For months they promised a refund but it was not forthcoming - only after seeking a judgement...
