Waited over 15 minutes for a pre booked collection. Other food ordered and collected in time now cold. Happens every time with this place. No apologies just made to wait. Food is always good and staff as friendly as they can be.

Today was awful. We sat outside because of the weather. Foods alright but the service is terrible and there are often waiting times. Most staff seem to be kids from the local school too busy gossiping to serve you. The managers are slightly better but is obvious they can't hire anyone decent to staff this branch. Shame really, I've been to some very slick Wagamamas in the past... read full comment
