Lydd Pharmacy is awful. Over the last 10 days I have, on three separate occasions, been told that my prescription has been cancelled and to come back the next day. There has been no explanation for this and to just be told to come back the next day is unacceptable. I would not recommend Lydd Pharmacy to anyone.

Staff working very hard and doing their best,but system they are working to is useless,wells are not giving them adequate resources, chemist closing at unusual hours because Wells seem not to be providing enough staff
