We found this gem of a pub and been back three times in a week and a half! The food is delicious and cooked to perfection. I keep ordering the same thing. Lovely ladies behind the bar . A family run and owned Freehouse, with a fantastic enclosed rear garden, and stunning rural views in the heart of the Weald of Kent.
Always a warm Locals welcome found here. Always a listening ear after a long hard day. A famous Kentish saying is “what do you know?” – well I know this family run community pub is warm welcoming, a locals’ local and the hub of this little village.
Our food is good quality Pub Grub, cooked fresh by our resident Chefs Lyn and Yvonne.
We keep a good cellar, have 5 handpumps pouring Real Ale. Alongside favourites like Harvey’s, we champion local micro breweries, like Rother Valley Brewing Company. Prefer wine? We offer a great selection
