A one star rating is too high for services with such low regards for recipients and responsibilities. Royal Mail has a duty, one job, to serve the public ensuring their parcels are received on time without delay. Im waiting for 6 weeks for a parcel. Tracking service says its at medway since 7 february. Is anyone working there?
