Visited late evening on a Sunday. Was very quiet. Not many places to sit if it busy. But lovely looking out on to the River Medway. Staff were very helpful, and food was piping hot.
Dietary restrictions: Not much on the menu for coeliac, but a good choice for vegetarian and Vegan.

Crap takes over 25m to get your food after ordering been here the last 3 times and waited far too long as lack of staff to run the correct operation
