Wouldn't step foot in there again. I've been a bookie 12 years and I've never met anyone as rude as hellen in my life, anyone would think she owns the place, no wonder it was empty, tuts when you place a bet, no hello or goodbye, no acknowledgement when you place a bet, rude beyond belief.
