Paid a cheque into the post office 6 days ago and it’s not been received by the bank. Been trying to call but no one ever answers the phone. Now will have to travel to visit the shop!

Absolutely incompetent male staff member when trying to drop off a returns parcel with a pre-printed post label. Wouldn't listen when I tried to explain which bar code to use, instead gave me a lecture on how he used to work at Amazon. Gave up in the end and went to Culverstone who dealt with it all in about 30 seconds.

I have used this place for years. Yeah it might me expensive, but thats the price for convenience.
