The Grain Grocer is a great store for those of us focused on a healthy body and a cleaner environment. Great cafe with organic food and their coffee is awesome! Unfortunately, their appalling customer service really lets this shop down. I waited 5 mins in the queue to be served purely because the 3 members of staff behind the counter were talking amongst one another.
