Waited to speak to someone for 1 hour and 46 minutes to be cut off. Boy on the phone was rude and unhelpful and just transferred me because he couldn’t be bothered to help. Waiting 3 weeks for a replacement card!!! Absolutely stupid! Shutting my account and going to Halifax
