Giving two starts, prices are fair but staff need to learn how to treat a customer, ordered two hot chocolates and I asked for a cup holder but was told they had run out, I pointed to say you have some there and the lady got one a tossed it to me which it then fell on the floor

I’m not happy at all, I did not receive what I paid for how can someone put the wrong items in the bag When it was such a small order it’s ridiculous! No note was put in the bag to say why i received 4 sausage rolls so there’s no excuses! You obviously have lazy staff members! I want a refund

If you want to experience time moving backwards, this is the place to come. No rush to bring the queue down. Ended up waiting for ages. Services was rude and miserable. Cold drinks from the fridge warm.
