Bought a TV Sunday afternoon, returned fully packed Monday morning as it had problems with connection to DVD. Argo refused to replace unless I had video proof,or had a ref number from Samsung. I had no problems until I had to return the phone. It was new and unopened. The employee put her finger in the box in front of me and said she couldn't accept it because it was open. I couldn't do anything and the return was not accepted because the employee damaged the box... I don't recommend it
