Sat at table. Ordered drinks. Looking at menu. Saw a mouse on the floor! Told the staff we were leaving. Staff didn't even seem to be bothered and just shrugged their shoulders. Will report to environmental services in the morning. Never again visiting Zizis.

Very expensive for what you get. Pasta dishes came out in cold bowls. One dish had no meat so had to ask for it to be re cooked. Whilst waiting so we could eat together all other food went cold. Would not recommend unless your eating salad.

First time for ages, ordered a pizza with 3 meats and only received the one meat. When asked about the other 2 I got some burnt pepperoni to add to it. It can’t be hard making a pizza fml
