So, food was great!! Chicken was exceptional. Reason for 3* is because we had a large order and app kept disconnecting and losing order. Had to do it 3 times for 6 people. Although staff were friendly, it wasn't a busy night for them, we all got really annoyed and there was a significant lack of assistance from staff.

Awful. Firstly ordered a quarter chicken which came and 80% of it was bone so had to send back. The guy who we complained to did not understand what our problem was.
