Absolutely awful, so many times, the woman refuses to take parcels!

Rating based on the stores inability to fulfil collect + service contract.Each time I try to return parcels in this store I am met with either resistance or refusal, with staff stating the storeroom is overflowing.Why advertise as a collect + service when you deem it appropriate to pick and choose when to accept parcels?

Your average tiny newsagents. Helpful staff, no room to swing a cat, sells the usual.
