Appalling service since the new management. Items missing in Dec 2023 delivery which was over 3 weeks late. No "owing" note issued. The late dispensing messed up subsequent orders resulting in surgery cancelling the orders. I was never notified of thisAs a consequence I've gone elsewhere.
