Friendly staff and reasonable prices, frequent often and can always get what I want

They advertise as a Collect Plus store but when I took my parcel in they said it was too large, it was a pair of welly boots! No apology. I asked if it was just the time of year or day of the week, the curt reply was that they wouldn't take a box the size of welly boots.
