I bought a pair of shoes from this retailer online end of September and they arrived mid October. They have placed themselves at the top of the market with high-end brands offering zero customer service and if you need to return an item you can exchange or you are given a credit note. They have a small glass plaque on the payment area telling you the returns procedure which if you blinked you would miss it.
