Ordered an Italian crust pizza and it arrived burnt, the cheese is black and some of the vegetables too. Phoned them straight away , staff I spoke to asked the manager and he said it is not burnt it is because it is Italian crust. I had it many times before and it was never like this. So they put me on hold for 30 minutes!...
