The layout was not conducive to browsing comfortably. The quality of the items seemed poor, but the prices were high. Store assistants did not seem to have tidied the store. I was not impressed by this store. I left and did not purchase anything. I would enter the store again if it looked more inviting.

I love the store and products and have been shopping in this store for years but their customer service is slightly declining ,in the space of a month I have been twice overcharged, no apology given part from a sarcastic sorry about that but it made me feel like I have inconvenienced them by no fault of my own ,not like...
