Lachlan was brilliant. He was knowledgeable and extremely attentive. The store was busy but he managed to give excellent service. 100% recommend Nespresso bluewater Boutique if this is the level of service. 11 out of 10. ;-)

Absolutely fantastic experience in store recently. I have been served by James and I have received a very bad customer service from him, any questions you were asking him he don't know, always check online, he has no knowledge about the products what he represents. Very disappointed with the customer service provided at this store.
