I popped in and explained that my glasses needed adjustment but I hadn't purchased them from here. I was told they couldn't help me as they didn't have my prescription. Cancelled my appointment 2 hours before when I already drove all the way to Bluewater as I planned my day around my eye test. This was after they called me twice to make sure I was still coming, I mean why bother!!
