I'm commenting on behalf of my boyfriend who attended an eye appointment yesterday and the ladies on the counter were very helpful and polite, especially the new lady (forgot her name) she was extremely helpful & professional. The optician was also great. Thank you

The optometrist was professional and thorough, no complains whatsoever.The three girls In the shop however never spoke, never put there mobiles down and never asked if everything was OK, they didn't even ask me to try my glasses on when I went to collect them.Do they not even ask if they feel ok anymore?What sort of care... read full comment
