We were referred by our GP for a MECs appt for our daughter. Louise was extremely helpful and arranged a same day appt for her. The optician was also very helpful and kind to our daughter and arranged an onward referral to a hospital eye clinic. Very impressed with the service we received today, thank you.

When i came to the store for my appointment to collect my glasses, I have been told to wait and were forgotten.I realized that more than 20 people who came after me were served and left the store, while I was already waiting 40 minutes for my order. I got my order only after complaining. They just forgot about me.
