Waited 10 mins to change/find my pin only to be told that you can do it online.They let people cut i line under the pretext if asking a question and make people wait for 5+ mins.Why better service for some?Is my time less valuable?

Genuinely shocking customer service. Completely unhelpful and uninterested in helping their customers. Staff have a basic lack of understanding of their own process. Would leave a negative score if possible
