If I could give 0 I would..rude staff complaining that he can't shut the shop because people keep coming in this was at 11am in the morning, constantly running down the management saying how useless they are and don't know anything. Possibly being deliberately run into the ground? A couple of the staff do a great job, but the remainder are untrained, and shut the post office part of the shop due to not knowing how it works. Nice shop, nice people, but if you need to use a post office, use another one
