The employee who dealt with us was extremely helpful trying to do a very difficult job and we felt that he went way beyond what many would have done in the circumstances.

?. Staff seemed more concerned at finishing on time despite us arriving twenty minutes before closing time. My wife had to drive home with my autistic son in a car with a faulty rear brake light. Staff are useless and unhelpful.
