Booked for a morning collection 8-12, of 2 large items. Told twice they were on their way after the allocated time. Once at 12:30 and then again at 1:30pm. Tried calling them at 2:30pm and there was no answer. The fact that I have been waiting for them since 8am and still waiting. Being told utter lies!!

I have dropped off a large amount of furniture to Gravesend branch, was greeted by a very hostile man saying we don’t open until 9.30 it was 9.28, he kept sighing and moaning, if it wasn’t for my late mother wanting her furniture donated to bhf I would have taken it all back, very very ungrateful, please don’t bother
