“I went into your Gravesend branch today to withdraw some cash and I thanked the kind lady on the front reception desk. She was ever so helpful and really pleasant to talk to. She showed me the amazing instant access savings account which I took up on the spot, even going so far as to help me through the process which took less than a few minutes. Her manager was present with the biggest smile I’ve ever come across. I felt that I’d come home upon entering the branch. I believe the lady in question is called Kuljit or Kaljit.
