Scammer and fraudsters favourite bank. Customer service and investigation are slow and non-communicative making it ideal for illegal activity.

I had a £3500 car repair bill come in, which pretty much cleared me out. I called Vanquis and asked, hey can you give me a one month payment holiday, things are going to be tight this month.
