Terrible experience ever… bad customer service , bad job done! I went there to wax my brows the lady there took all my eyebrows out left me with no eyebrows… I wish I never went there today.

Absolutely shocking service, paid for eyebrows to be threaded and they’ve left loads of stray hairs, clumps of hair etc.The whole experience took less than a minute. I couldn’t see properly what a shocking job, they’d done because my eyes were out of focus cos I’d taken my glasses off for the threading. Also... read full comment

Not great on this occasion. Very painful today, which it is not normally. The lady who did the treatment was on the phone throughout talking. Shame as generally ok.
