Awful package over a week late delivery driver claiming attempted delivery when someone was home and they didn't try at all I'd never use them ever again absolutely shocking

Stayed in for 2 days and pacel failed tobe delivered, tracking showed driver in area but failed to deliver each time.web site poor for complaints.

Not many options for redelivery, could have left it by the bins , but there was no option had to drive over an hour each way to the depot to collect a small parcel
