Had the best customer service with Carly at Hempstead Valley. She went above and beyond with my pendant engraving and purchase. If I could give her 11/10 I would. I don’t usually write reviews but this shop and this sales assistant definitely deserve it!

The manager was very rude and unhelpful. When I asked if I could use my 10% discount she said it wouldn’t make much of a difference and discouraged it. Poor customer service and attitude.
