Excellent as always But on a safety observation why have they blocked an entrance /exit in the cafeteria they have reduced a fire exit down to one exit very dangerous especially for disabled and wheelchair users

I love m&s in Hemstead. I visited quite a lot over the festive period and for a shop it has a nice atmosphere. Despite it being a busy period all staff members were helpful and attentive and made a real effort to say a cheerful hello.
