I heard that the KFC establishment in Rainham Kent was closed for refurbishment and as I wanted get some food from it, I checked the website for confirmation, but unfortunately the person in charge of updating the website had forgotten to his/her job, and it stated that it was open. The food is always delicious and warm, however, the staff could show more effort in providing better customer service.
