I gave 1 star as zero isn't an option. Took a second bracelet back to this nightmare of a store after the first one broke in exactly the same place, the second one lasted 2 days!!! We were told well I say told more shouted at by Tracey that no replacement or refund would be offered as it was not faulty but the would fix...
