Went for a hot chocolate with a family member- 2 members of staff were rude to both of us on separate occasions. Staff seemed stuck up and had no good customer service skills.

The coffee is weak tasting. Everything is over priced and now you are lucky to get eye contact as they are always busy with the takeaway service for uber or just eat apps. Meh.

Always a fast service at this Costa and standard Costa taste and prices.\\nVisited this branch tens of times and will continue to do so.\\nFree and generally plentiful parking.
