phone returned after repair notified by dhl , shop didnt bother to put delivery back to shop and dhl attempted delivery back to my home address when i clearly told the shop i wont be in as away at work, vodaphone are the worst company around a total bunch of dimwits.

I had a difficult account problem, assistant Manager Kal was brilliant, very knowledgeable and charming, Hanna was also excellent with her knowledge also very charming.
