I presented a Scottish £10 note for purchases and was refused, being told it was unidentifiable and foreign currency. Bank notes with Scottish images are UK currency of the same value as those with English images. This is outrageous, the English equivalent would not be refused in Scotland. This is a dinosaur attitude...

Always a friendly welcome. Niru and Raga have been fantastic ever since taking on our village shop. I’m pretty sure it’s their friendly nature that has made it so popular for the locals and returning passing trade. Absolute hub of our community.

Friendly shop with excellent customer service. The owners always welcome you with a smile and can’t do enough to help you. They always have time for their customers. It’s so helpful to have the post office so local and a very well stocked shop. Definitely recommend.
