Ordered yesterday, 7th Oct, an espresso and a flat white. Both undrinkable. Burnt bitter taste. Large queue and couldn't be bothered to wait to complain so checked them in the bin. Staff training needed to not overheat the beans!!

Just tried the new iced white chocolate pistachio drink. Made in about 20 seconds and looks nothing like the picture. Very overpriced. Rubbish. (And I’m a big Starbucks fan) don’t waste your money on it.
