At the car park I did pay and display. I did keep the ticket as proof that i did pay. I got a parking fine and I lost the appeal. I will never go there again .I rate as very poor As it is unfairly a complete wast of my money.

I went into the Iceland in Folkestone town centre today for the first time. It was very neat and tidy, goods were plentiful and we'll displayed and there was only a very short wait at the cash till.

Staff that were there were very friendly but there definitely wasn't enough of them. I helped an elderly lady look for something she couldn't find, she said she couldn't find any staff to ask. Only one till open and 7 people in the queue. Freezers and shelves well stocked, considering the lack of staff. Prices good.
