To head office yet again I've gone here and yet again they are closed, it's a reoccurring thing at this branch. Last week we were told they won't be opening till 7am for the rest of the week and again today at 6.45am still not open. If you have changed your opening times fine, change it on the door and online.

To Management I think you should go to the store and have a look what’s happening as I think the staff can’t run the Shop as every morning I have gone done there after 6 am to grab a coffee before work and every time been turned away as they have said that they are not ready to open yet - This will make you lose customers...
